AlgoSample is a market research business in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through algosample.com and correspondence arising from this website.

This website presents our services and accepts business inquiries and expressions of interest in career opportunities. It does not operate a research panel, conduct surveys, or accept payments. 2. Information we collect

We receive information that you provide directly and technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

• Business inquiries: your name, email address, message, and any details you provide in subsequent correspondence.
• Career submissions: your name, email address, and résumé. Phone number, current company, and current designation are optional. A résumé may contain employment history, education, skills, and other information you choose to include.
• Technical and security information: our hosting and form providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access times, and submission metadata to deliver the service, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
• Display preferences: your selected color theme is stored in your browser so it can be remembered on later visits.

3. How and why we use information

We use inquiry details to understand your request, communicate with you, scope potential research work, and maintain the related business correspondence. We use career details to consider your experience for relevant opportunities and communicate with you about your expression of interest. Sending your details does not guarantee an interview or employment.

We also use information where necessary to operate and secure the website, prevent spam and misuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use these forms to enroll you in an advertising mailing list or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who receives information

Our website uses Google Firebase Hosting. Form entries and résumé uploads are received by our AlgoSample application on Google Cloud and stored encrypted in its database. Authorized sales staff and administrators can access business inquiries; career submissions and résumés are restricted to administrators. When we reply, the correspondence is also processed by our Google Workspace email service and the email service used by you.

We use service providers to support these purposes, not to give them permission to use your inquiry or résumé for their own marketing. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or where necessary to protect rights and investigate misuse.

We do not sell personal information submitted through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not publish form entries or résumés on the website.

5. Where information is processed

AlgoSample is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws from your location.

The form database is configured in Google Cloud’s Mumbai region. Website delivery and supporting Google services may operate in other countries. For questions about a particular transfer or safeguards applicable to your information, contact privacy@algosample.com. Your use of the website does not waive protections that apply under your local law.

6. How long information is kept

The website inbox automatically removes personal details, messages, and résumé contents after 90 days. Administrators can remove them earlier. Expiring backups may retain an older copy until their retention period ends. Copies used in subsequent email correspondence are managed separately according to the purpose of that correspondence and applicable obligations.

We may need to retain particular records for applicable legal obligations, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Information should be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Form deletion is managed by our team; closing your browser or clearing its storage does not delete a submitted inquiry or résumé. You can request removal using the contact details below.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to submit a form. The fields marked as required are needed to receive and respond to that type of submission; optional fields can be left blank. To update an inquiry, withdraw a career submission, or request deletion, email privacy@algosample.com or use our contact form.

Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about your request. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator or state attorney general.

Describe your request and the email address used in your original submission. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or an authorized representative before releasing or changing records. Do not send an identity document unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel. We respond within applicable legal time limits and do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable privacy rights.

8. Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

The website does not install analytics or advertising scripts or set its own tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical information for delivery, reliability, and security as described above.

When you select a color theme, the preference is saved in local storage on your device. This preference is not submitted with a form or sent to AlgoSample. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings; the site will then use its default appearance.

We do not track visitors across third-party websites for advertising. Because we do not sell or share website information for targeted advertising, there is no such activity to opt out of through a Global Privacy Control signal. Browser Do Not Track settings do not change the essential processing needed to serve the site.

9. Security and information you should not send

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or career interest.

Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, medical records, or confidential research-participant data through these forms. Before sharing restricted project materials, contact us to agree an appropriate transfer method. For résumés, omit unnecessary sensitive details and obtain permission before including another person’s contact information.

10. Children’s information

This website is intended for business contacts and people exploring professional opportunities. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact privacy@algosample.com so we can investigate and address the submission.

11. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes where required by applicable law. A policy update does not remove rights you already have.
