This policy covers the AlgoSample website at algosample.com — a marketing site for AlgoSample, a market research company. It explains what personal information this website collects, how it's used, and who can access it.

This website collects personal information only when you choose to submit one of its two forms. There is no other data collection on this site — no account creation, no newsletter signup, no e-commerce.

• Contact form (algosample.com/contact): your name, email address, and the message you write.
• Career application form (algosample.com/career): your name, email address, phone number, current company, current designation, and a résumé file (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, up to 5MB) that you upload.

We do not run analytics or advertising tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own. See "Cookies and similar technologies" below for the one piece of browser storage the site does use.

• Contact form: to respond to your inquiry.
• Career form: to evaluate your application, including the résumé you attach, and to contact you about the role you applied for or other open positions.

We do not use information submitted through these forms for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell it.

AlgoSample is a market research company, but this website does not host or manage a research panel and does not run surveys. It does not collect respondent-level research data. If you took part in a study, your data was handled through that study, not through this site.

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our forms and hosting provider — see "Service providers and sub-processors" below. Within AlgoSample, submissions are visible to whoever has access to the site's Netlify account; they are not published or shared more broadly.

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

This site is hosted on Netlify, and both forms use Netlify Forms to receive and store submissions — including the résumé file uploaded through the career form. Submissions land in the Netlify dashboard for this site's Netlify account; anyone with access to that account can view them.

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and does not load any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.

The one piece of browser storage it uses is functional: if you use the theme switcher in the header or footer to choose a color palette, that choice is saved in your browser's localStorage under the key algosample:theme, purely so the site remembers your preference on your next visit. That value stays in your browser — it is never sent to AlgoSample or anyone else. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection.
