We started because good research kept getting commissioned badly.
Not because the industry lacked agencies. Because too many studies were being scoped against a budget instead of against a decision — and everybody involved could see it.

What we set out to fix
Most research fails long before fieldwork. It fails when nobody writes down what decision the study is supposed to support, so the questionnaire ends up covering everything and answering nothing.
AlgoSample is built around the opposite habit: agree the decision, agree the analysis plan, and only then write the instrument. It’s a slower start and a faster finish — and it’s the only way we know to run a study a board can actually act on.
How we work

Fieldwork doesn't open until the analysis plan is signed off, so the data we collect is data we can actually use.

Design, programming, sampling, fielding, and reporting sit under one project lead, not four handoffs.

Raw data and a full method note ship as standard, not as an add-on.
